Whenever you feel yourself going to a new level in your life, it’s often accompanied by pain and uncertainty. Rather than getting discouraged, take setbacks, self-doubt, or new challenges as a green light to move forward and manifest your goal.
During this process, it’s vital that you take the time to follow some practices that will sharpen your focus and strengthen your spirit. By doing so, you’ll be more receptive to insights and will take the proper steps to elevate.
Below we’ll dive into four things you should do to get in touch with your spirit when you’re on the cusp of elevation.
Heed The Omens
In Paulo Coelho’s “The Alchemist”, he talks about “heeding the omens”, meaning, paying careful attention to signs and directions that are pointing you toward where you need to go.
The reason that most people miss these signs is that they often come in the form of a perceived negative experience.
For instance, getting laid off or fired can be a blessing disguise that pushes you to that dream side project off the ground that you’ve always been talking about.
By giving these omens your focus, you’ll be better able compartmentalize them and make sense of them.
It’s very common to see recurring numbers when you’re on the cusp of elevation. These numbers, such as 111, 222, 333, and 444 have often been called master numbers, because they provide insights and nudges from other dimensions.
I often find myself seeing these recurring numbers right when I’m in the middle of a brainstorming a great idea, or deciding on a life challenge.
Whenever you start to see these numbers, express gratitude, and it’ll open you up to more blessings.
Meditate More Frequently
Because opportunity looms, you’ll need to be ready for them. This requires you to sharpen your signal and sensitivity through meditation.
You can set a timer for 5 minutes, then increase it to 8-minute, 10-minute, 15-minute, 20-minute and 30-minute intervals.
Becoming accustomed to sitting still and allowing yourself to watch your thoughts and feel your emotions puts you in the driver’s seat.
Meditation also grooms your brain, as it creates brand new synaptic and neural pathways, which will wire your brain to move toward your dreams.
It also connects you to your spirit and lets you feel comfortable as the observer of your thoughts and the creator of your life.
Walk Into The Hardships
The most difficult thing to do when you’re trying to elevate is walk into your hardships. However, it’s also the most necessary.
Doing this will allow you to put your thoughts into action, which brings your dreams into your present reality.
By finding a comfort zone in discomfort, you’ll become untouchable and better able to get what you want out of life.
Train yourself for this through little disciplines each and every day. Jogging is a great meditative exercise that forces you to develop willpower and stay in the moment.
You could also use cold showers as a way to stay in the moment and quiet your ego, which keeps you connected to the spirit.
Use Visualization And Cultivate Your Emotions
Finally, make sure that you embrace visualization and feel yourself on the other end of the dream you’re trying to live.
When you use visualization, you’re putting yourself in that reality, and by feeling those feelings of having it, and then letting it go with gratitude, you’ll bring it into your present reality.
Take 5 to 10 minutes a day to visualize, while also crafting a vision board that you can hang in your home to see on a regular basis.
If you use these four tips, you’ll get in touch with the spirit and elevate to the next level.
