Are you having dreams about cars? At Least most of us do, especially getting up every morning, getting ready and starting our car. Most of us go through this routine everyday.

You know dreams are about our deepest fears, and desires in life, but most of us just ignore what our dreams are trying to tell us. Every day we spend at least 6 to 10 hours sleeping, and we often dream, well most of us do anyway.

I think it’s crucial that we pay attention to our dreams, it’s your mind’s deep inner voice trying to tell you what you need to hear, or what you are going through.

I have given my expert opinion on dreams for many years now, and I find that most of you get to know yourself better when you understand your dream world.

Now with the topic on hand, let’s explore your dream about cars, Starting with what they symbolize.

What Do The Car Dreams Symbolize?

In our dreams, cars symbolize control, which actually reflects our real world scenario, you need to be in control of your car, so no brainer. It also symbolizes if you have control or the lack of. 

They also reflect our current life.

You are fully in control of the Car

If you are fully in control of your car then it reflects that you have a full grasp of your life, you are fully in charge, you are going in the right direction. It also means your life is in balance both spiritually and mentally.

This is a good dream, because your subconscious is telling you that you have nothing to worry about, as in keep going, or driving forward.

Losing Control of Car/vehicle And Other Perspectives

This is the dream most of us have, your car is out of control, or you are unable to control it. This dream reflects a part of you that is feeling helplessness, there is a certain amount of anxiety. 

The feeling of uncertainty in dreams, heeds a warning that you need to get a grip on life, you can turn things around or even seek help if you are feeling emotionally unstable.

Michelle Carr, Ph.D., a researcher at the University of Montreal and the Center for Advanced Research in Sleep Medicine points out that dreams about losing control of a car points to underlying issues with our emotions.

She also mentioned that a car breaking down, example brakes failing, highlights a part of our life that is going through a lot of stress, or you are unable to manage a part of your life. 

I concur with that notion, because there was a part of my life when I was going through a lot of stress and car dreams were very apparent.

Car dreams are also about personal reflections, they indicate the parts of our life that we need to reassess or require attention. Which is echoed by David Bedrick, J.D., Dipl. PW, a counselor and educator.

Cultural And Spiritual Meaning

Cars in culture reflect our societal values and our collective psyche. So it’s important to understand our dream with a spiritual perspective as well.

Kelly Bulkeley, Ph.D., a psychologist of religion and Director of the Sleep and Dream Database, says that dreams interact with our cultural, social, political, and religious influences, especially when going through a time of crisis and change.

It was noted that the spiritual practice of Tibetan buddhist, or the Asabano people of Papua New Guinea illustrate the cultural meaning to dreams, including the ones with cars.

Expert Analyses

My analysis of car dreams, it’s clear that they are about anything related to control, emotion or even a crisis situation in life. If you are in control of the car and nothing happens, then you are in control of your life.

However that is a rare dream to have, most often the car breaks down or it’s out of control.

There you have it, car dreams can be very simple to decipher, they don’t need to be complex.

My understanding is that we sometimes don’t pay attention to the most mundane things in life. If you are reading this then you have learned how to tackle life or have some insights into how to go about it.

We have all experienced that strange phenomenon where we find ourselves waking up in the middle of the night on a regular basis, at exactly the same time each night.

We find ourselves pulled from sleep and, in the haze of our waking selves rebooting, reach for the clock or our phone to check the time.

And with our brains working at low capacity, we see that familiar time and curse our bodies for insisting that we lose sleep, in the same way, every night.

That is natural enough. But things like that do not usually happen for no reason.

Of course, there may be a straightforward explanation.

It might be that at exactly the time you wake up each night, there is some kind of disturbance that you do not necessarily hear but wakes you nonetheless, giving the appearance of an unprompted interruption of sleep.

But when there is no explanation, we continue to look for an explanation.

Depending on what time you regularly wake during the night, there may well be a spiritual explanation.

When The Veil Is Thinnest

It is common knowledge in many cultures that 4 am is the time at which the boundaries that separate the physical realm from the spiritual realm are at their weakest.

Anyone who regularly walks in the pre-dawn hours will tell you that there is an eeriness to the world at that time.

They will also tell you that they feel and think differently at that time.

For many writers, poets and artists this quality of the pre-dawn hours is what pulls them outside at an hour when the rest of us would much rather be asleep.

This is because the physical realm is our primary experience during the rest of the day.

It acts as a veil, protecting our unevolved minds from the magnificence of the spiritual realm.

And at 4 am, the veil is at its thinnest.

Rude Awakenings

So when we are pulled from sleep at 4 am – at the time the veil is thinnest – it is very likely that this is no coincidence.

We are receiving a message from the spiritual realm.

It is at this time that our spirit guides deliver the most important messages, the ones most key to our spiritual journey.

They catch us when the veil is thinnest so that they have the most clarity in connection, and for another, much more human reason.

When we are pulled from sleep, our minds are transitioning back into the physical realm in which we live.

We are rendered, in no uncertain terms, stupid.

That is to say; we lack the busy thoughts that the day brings and are much, much more receptive to messages from our spirit guides.

So what should we do if we find ourselves pulled from sleep at 4 am every night?

Listen. Do not curse your spirit guides for waking you.

Accept the message, write it down, make sure you have the whole message down on paper so that you can decipher it in the morning.

Then, with a word of thanks and thoughts of gratitude for the love and guidance of your spirit guides, drift back into sleep.

I also want to stress about the importance of sleep, and other conditions to look at. So let’s clarify some conditions that may be relevant to you.

Understanding The Science Behind Waking up at 4am

While we can attribute this to a spiritual reason, I feel it’s important to explore the scientific factors as well.

According to many sleep experts, there are other various factors, including our internal circadian rhythms which play a significant role in this behavior.

This is echoed by Dr. Aneesa Das at the OhioHealthDiscovery.   

Essentially the circadian rhythm regulates our sleep-wake cycle, which influences when we feel tired and when we wake up. The Cleveland Clinic highlights these important factors, make sure to check it out.

There are other studies, Sarah Shoen a writer for sleep foundation highlights that there other important causes for waking up during the night.

She highlights the external and internal factors and conditions that cause insomnia, most are related to stress. She mentions how important it is to understand the mental and physical symptoms. 

Insomnia is the culprit behind waking up at night, these symptoms tend to be more prevalent in today’s technology focused lifestyles.

It is important to use phones, and computers wisely before going to bed, or maybe sometimes we need a detox from technology itself?

I remember Nigel when we settled in our place on Jane Maree Road, Nigel was the first to visit us, he was a cat from next door.

In the Us black cats are recognized as being bad luck, however in europe especially the uk they are known for good luck.

Looking this up I have found that Scottish folklore says that it’s a sign of good fortune to find a black cat at your door in the morning.

 You might be rewarded especially when it comes to money.

This one goes back in history, In dock towns where the men would be at sea.

 Wives would get a black cat to guarantee their safe return.

 If the black cat turned up at the door it would mean they would return safely.

These cats were taken care of, because they serve as a talisman for the safe return of the sailors.

This was very important for the people at the time, sea professions being so dangerous to life and limb.

What To Do About A Black Cat At The Door

Of course, unless you have a family member at sea, you might not think that this means much at all to you.

But you could be wrong, as many people to this day describe uncanny experiences with a black cat at the door.

Turning the cat away is almost universally seen as a terrible move.

When a black cat walks away from you, it takes all good luck with it.

Inviting a black cat into your home can have the opposite effect, bringing you good fortune in money and love and being a healing presence in the home.

It was custom in much of Europe to provide a black cat for those who were deathly ill to help the healing process.

There are psychological benefits too, the Greater Good and Goodnet adds that engaging with cats, or even watching cats videos online has resulted in reduced negative emotions and increased positivity. 

Which means cats add to healing the mind with reduced stress.

Owning a cat also adds to the likeability and trust from other people, and I concur that notion.

If you are the owner of a black cat, know that you have something special in your life – cherish them.

Some aura colors are not often discussed or even recognized, and the blue-green aura is one of them.

The other day I was talking to a friend of mine about past lives.

There are many answers to this, but from what I know it happens because of the strong energy impulses during pregnancy.

It imprints a vibrational pattern onto the baby developing in the womb.

The birthmark we are born with has a significant effect on our lives and our future, and not only leaving a visible artifact on your body.

The birthmark on your chest closely relates to the energy of the heart chakra, it connects its various functions with our body’s energy system.

If you have a birthmark on your left hand, then you naturally lean more towards giving than receiving in most areas of your life.

Your blood circulates through your body from left to right, so birthmarks on the left side of the body tend to have more to do with what you put out rather than what you take in.

It applies to money, food, and time as well as it applies to the energy you give off through your aura.

If it is on your palm, it suggests that you have a natural leaning towards charitable giving and you find happiness, fulfillment, and purpose when doing charity work or when making donations to those in need.

Others come to you when they are hard up because they know that you are the “giving” sort, somebody who would make sacrifices in order to help somebody else.

Symbolically this refers to your tendency to absorb the energy of others.

If it is on your palm, then this means that you often rely on others for help and rarely find the shoe on the other foot.

It might be financial help or help with chores like moving, transport, etc. But it could also be emotional or spiritual support.

People often mistake asking questions for lack of knowledge, rather than a sign of someone who acquires a lot of it.

If you are lucky enough to have birthmarks on both hands it is a perfect sign indeed – especially if they are matching or near-matching!

It indicates a natural balance between give and take, with no particular preference for either giving or receiving.

The urges and natural desires that drive you are already in balance, and it is up to you only to maintain and make use of that.

It also suggests a strong, healthy heart and circulatory system.

You are unlikely to have health problems related to your heart, blood, veins, or arteries. You are also great at connecting with people, especially emotionally.

If they are on your palms, then you will find yourself in the heart of a community support system.

Not only will you be charitable when times are good, but you will not be shy about asking for help when times are bad.

There have been some studies that suggest that birthmarks have a potential link to past lives. Dr Ian Stevenson, a psychiatrist at the University of Virginia did intensive research on cases of children. 

It showed links to past life corresponding to the person they claimed to be. 200 Such case studies were documented.

It is a summer afternoon, and they have taken the expensive camera they rarely use out for a long-overdue test drive.

They snap a few great shots of the picturesque landscape and each other, enjoying some time spent out in nature to balance themselves.

When they get home, they take a look through the photographs.

They are great, every last one.

Until they come across a picture that leaves them a little puzzled – and shocked.

In one of the photographs, they can see an orb of light hovering a few feet off the ground.

Fear not, this is quite a common phenomenon.

What you have snapped a picture of is a Light Orb – the near physical manifestation of a non-physical being.

A spirit, going about its business.

Now before we go into the topic, I think it’s crucial that we understand the science behind orbs as well.

Science has another explanation, and it is valid. Science has shown that orbs are formed by light reflecting off airborne particles, like dust, pollen, or moisture close to the camera lens, as mentioned by Psi Encyclopedia.

These facts are echoed by Fijufilm and Sony, and have said that these are common photographic anomalies.

The phenomenon of seeing blue light holds significant spiritual meaning for many people.

What Do Blue Orbs Mean?

What do they mean? Blue orbs are pretty much a physical manifestations of a spirit. You will see them with your naked eyes during religious ceremonies or when someone dies.

Sometimes they appear in photos and videos, even when they were not seen with the naked eye.

From what I know there are many interpretations for them, some say they are the spirit of the dead, while others believe they are angels or guides from heaven.

I was lucky enough to come across many gray cats, I mean they are adorable, each with their color gray/silver/blue and lilac cats are known for their concept of time.

Here is one thing I learned, gray cats across cultures are known for good fortune. 

The symbolism of fortune with gray cats is connected to the color silver, a variant of gray.

Silver is very valuable in the cosmos, and silver is up there with gold.

In some cultures a gray cat is given to newly weds to bring them good fortune and luck.

Gray cats in general are very lucky, even throughout history and culture they are known to be very lucky creatures.

I remember coming in contact with one particular gray cat in my neighborhood, each time he was around me I felt lucky  or good fortune was always around the corner.

I do think they are very lucky cats.

Mysterious

They are definitely mysterious, because they symbolize the mystery of life and the uncertainty.

The color gray definitely has a sense of mystery to it.

Something I have discovered recently is that, I believe spirits carry the color of gray or silver, for me this is no accident.

The suspicious activity of lights turning on and off by themselves sometimes have a spiritual explanation.

Spirits communicate with us in several ways, and in the physical world, their preferred mode of conveying messages is through electrical appliances.

I’ve lived in many homes in which I’ve seen this problem, quite frequently.

And not just me, but my other family members have also noticed a similar pattern.

Some time ago, a family called upon me to inspect their home, and I observed a similar electrical behavior over there as well.

My spirit guides have shown me that spiritual and electrical share an intimate connection because both are vibrational energies.

This Interconnectedness, somehow, makes it convenient for spirits to fiddle with electrical equipment in the material world.

This is their way of informing you, that we’re here and we want you to know it.

They may be your deceased family member or a spirit that has some unfinished business with you.

In the highly critically acclaimed movie “The Conjuring”, demonic spirits intruded the lives of the characters.

They initially revealed themselves through electrical fluctuations, and then made more direct advances.

Trust me; when an apparition or spirit touches you, you will feel an overwhelming presence.
