Healing your back pain and chakras.

If a person has a chronic backache, either in the lower or upper part of the back, there’s often present a blocked or disturbed chakra behind it.

There are four chakras that are present below our neck region: Heart, Solar, Sacral and Root.

The former two chakras are associated with middle region backache, while the latter two are associated with lower back pain.

Root Chakra:

The root chakra is present at the base of the spine. It is where tailbone is present.

When this chakra is overactive, it might lead to lower back problems along with digestive issues, hip pain, ovarian problems in females, and prostate troubles in males. When the back pain is present with anxiety, there’s always a problem in the root chakra.

Healing: This chakra provides the energy and using this energy correctly helps you to balance this chakra to heal your back pain. You can calm this chakra by meditating daily. Doing volunteering work and showing kindness to others could also stabilise this chakra.

Sacral Chakra:

Right below the belly button located the sacral chakra. This chakra is the home to your inner child.

When this chakra is balanced, you feel all the pleasures of your life; from food to sex, everything seems enjoyable.

But when this chakra is not stable, you don’t feel any pleasure in your life and feel tired all the time. Your lower back area feels like a burden, and there are hormone imbalances, restlessness and even obesity.

Healing: The best way to balance sacral chakra is to derive energy from this chakra from pleasurable things in your life.

Eat healthy food, meditate, take the help from crystals, drink lots of water, and above all, try to cherish little things in life. When this chakra is balanced, you won’t have a backache.

Solar Plexus Chakra:

Solar plexus chakra is present between your belly button and breastbone. It is the seat of your wisdom and confidence.

When this chakra is balanced, the person feels great power, but when this chakra is not balanced, it leads to anger, lack of empathy and compassion.

Physically, this chakra imbalance leads to digestive and kidney problems that are associated with back pain. It also affects pancreas, liver and appendix.

Healing: It is not very hard to balance this chakra; all you need to do is to open your heart to others.

Love and show compassion, be kind with others and try to focus on your powers.

Heart Chakra:

The heart chakra is the fourth chakra, and as the name indicates, it is located right next to your heart.

When this chakra is not balanced, there is no kindness and compassion for others, people become selfish and don’t care about others. Along with heartburn, and fast heart rate, the heart chakra imbalance could also lead to a severe backache.

Healing: Loving yourself as a good human is the first thing to do. Try to give the love back to others.

Do relaxing exercises every day, have a massage or take a walk in nature to balance your fourth chakra.
