How To Decalcify Your Pineal Gland

In the depth of the brain lies a pine cone shaped gland known as the pineal gland. It is responsible for so many essential human functions, including making decisions, improving performance, sleeping patterns and perceiving reality.

A healthy pineal gland leads to spiritual awakening. However, some bad habits and environmental factors cause pineal gland calcification.

This disturbance is responsible for so many adverse effects on the body including disturbed sleep-wake cycle, decreased melatonin production, lowered consciousness, impaired sense of reality, depression, jealousy, pessimism and so much more.

Leave Fluoride:

As the light is important for the pineal gland, so is the dark. You should sleep in the completely dark room with no light around. Even the light from your cell phone could disturb the melatonin (sleep hormone) production.

All these given products help in the decalcification of pineal gland: oregano oil, parsley, Boron, sea moss, gotu kola, walnuts, neem oil, beets, coconut oil, ginseng, blue-green algae, lemon water, apple cider vinegar, and turmeric. Use of essential oils could also be helpful in this matter.
