So about a week ago i had a dream that i was with this boy. I had no idea who this boy was or why i was even wih him. By with him i mean in a relationship. But last night i was scrolling thru my instagram and j seen the boy that was in my dream. I had no prior k owledge of his existance or any of the sort. What does his mean?
Before I met my now ex I had many dreams about him, very vivid ones too. There was alot of times in my dreams that I was running away from him and I was in danger.
When I met him finally I felt a sense of belonging, love and wholeness, funny enough too I actually shared a kiss with him over 12 years ago one night at a party in a town we grew up in. I didn’t know that was him but I remember it was a magical kiss and I wrote my number on his arm which I never heard or saw him till a few years ago. My previous partner actually bought the house his family grew up in which I found bizzare also, I didn’t know any of this obviously till we got to know each other which we grew up in same area, had friends feom same circle, lived in areas around same time and travelled in areas around same time too before we met.
Honestly I think it was or still is some sort of fate we met. I fell hard and I hope to think he did too, but things just went sour between us, ended up toxic dv situation. He had previous dv relationships with 2 prior ex girlfriend’s. He also has 5 kids to those 2 exes, idk what to keep writing now as I’m now remembering alot which I miss those days with him, the sex was phenomenonal too.
BUT MY QUESTION IS was it fate? Soulmate? Twin flame? Or karmic that I had to go thru all that hardship pain ect?
Is it the universes way of a joke?
Are we meant to be together? I absolutely miss him so much too but I don’t want to end up hurt again.

When I was 27, 36 years ago, I woke up in the middle of a dream. There were no dreamlike qualities to me dream except me. I wore a blue flowered skirt, tank and light sweater. I could be seen but i was not solid, I could see through myself. I stood in on a footpath that ran between to overgrown fields. To my right was a sagging, broken wood fence seperating the two fields. Small Alder trees had grown along the fence line. It was early on a sunny summer morning. The sun rose on my right. It hit the trees making shade patterns across the grass and path. To my left, the field gently sloped down to a large old growth crab apple tree. The path wound into some scrub bushes at the end of the fields. Distant trees outlined the end of the field on my left. A gentle breeze was blowing. The tall ripe grass moved in the breeze and the shade from the Alders danced with it. On the path ahead of me walked a boy. He has short dark hair, wore a navy, red, and white striped t-shirt with knit navy trim around the collar. The kind sears and penny’s used to sell. Tall grass had bent over part of the path so I couldn’t see the rest of him. As he walked, his shoulders and torso had a distinct way of moving. I was weeping silently while I followed. I wept because I loved that boy so with every bit of my heart and soul. It is impossible to describe emotions so intense they must be experienced to understand. I felt myself starting to wake up and struggled to stay in the dream. Upon waking, my cheeks and pillow were wet with tears. In moments grief and crushing loss came from a deep place inside of me. I was pinned to my bed, weak, unable to move. Deep sobs from the same place wracked my body. I don’t know how long I grieved but it was devastating. I had a 7 year old and a 1 year old at home but I would have unhesitatingly gone comatose to stay following that boy. I have not experienced another dream like it. I don’t believe our minds capable of producing that kind of love. Lust, affection, friendship maybe. Kick your ass absolute love no. I didn’t see his face, didn’t know his name. Or age, where he was going or coming from, did not matter if he loved me in return, I loved him. Ten years later, I was introduced to a man younger than I. The first time we met. He hugged me. I pulled my head back and gave him a good stare in his eyes. That is all it took. My heart recognized him even if I didn’t. That was 25 years ago and I love him as much now. He wanted a family, children, I couldn’t give him either. I don’t know if he had Fallen like I had. He is now on his third marriage with his third crazy beautiful wife whom he professes to love. I have spent 25 years alone because my heart and soul want hin and no one else. Is it possible he felt the same? Did he see me in the field and recognize me when we met? I will always have unresolved issues and questions about this. If it helps I met each of my children in a dream when carrying them, I thought it was normal.
