I’m so grateful to have found this space. Lately, I’ve been feeling this deep pull to reconnect with nature, I’ve been spending more time outside, grounding myself, and just listening to the Earth. It’s helped me so much with balancing my energy and calming my mind.

Do you have any favorite rituals or practices that help you feel more connected to the Earth or the universe? I’d love to hear how you stay centered and grounded, especially during chaotic times.

I’ve been spending mornings by the ocean, just watching the sun come up and breathing in the salty air. There’s something about this place that makes me slow down and remember what really matters. Feeling grateful for the simple moments and the peace they bring.
