Merkaba
I've been exploring Merkaba meditation lately and have found it to be a profound experience. The practice involves visualizing a geometric shape—two interlocking tetrahedra—that's said to balance opposing energies and elevate consciousness. For me, focusing on this form during meditation has brought a sense of harmony and deeper connection to myself.
